THE 25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS / CINCINNATI CHILD PHOTOGRAPHER

It has been so crazy, busy here at happygirlphotography, placing orders, creating Christmas cards, canvas's,my poor camera has been sitting in the corner of my office for a week! unfortunately,BLOGGING has gone to the bottom of the list! So I decided to give myself a challenge for the 25 days of Christmas.

Starting tomorrow, THE BLOGGING CONTEST BEGINS!!!!!!!

I will post one of my favorite 25 pictures of the year everyday for 25 days, just some of this year's shots that really spoke to me!! (and I will wait to post the Christmas card shots till later in the month, since I KNOW you will all have your cards out by then!)
From December 25-27, please cast your vote in the comment box...the client who's photo receives the most votes will win a free 11x14 from their shoot..also, I will randomly pick a name from the comment box, if you are a current client, you will also receive an 11x14, and if you are a future client, you will receive the gift from a future shoot!

As Senior Season is winding done, I was so excited to shoot one last adorable girl. She was up for anything,and you know that a really easy way to make me happy is just say you would love to shoot in front of a rundown building and railroad tracks! Enjoy!

These three sisters were so cute I could hardly stand it! They are all so unique and amazing in their own special ways !Let me tell you, it is physically painful for me not to post some of the shots of the three of them together...I just have to keep channeling...DON'T RUIN THE CHRISTMAS CARD...DON'T RUIN THE CHRISTMAS CARD....

It is the day that every child photographer dreads...shooting their own children!
Why is it that you are the Pied Piper with other peoples children, but with your own, that Christmas card is life and death!!!!! I think it went pretty well this year considering only one person cried...though that might have been the driver in front of me that was going WAY TO SLOW while I am yelling "move out of the way...I am losing the light" Well, it's done, it's over, till next year!!!!
I can't post a sneek peek with both of my girls, but here is a quick shot I took of Savannah...if you call putting together an outfit, blowdrying hair, driving to three locations a quick shot...then here it is!!!

I had so much fun with this Senior!!! He is very into the arts, photography and video, so we spent the whole time just talking shop! I love this kind of shoot where I can go further out of the box then I normally do! The lighting God's were with me during the shot on the train tracks....HALLELUJAH !!!!!!!!!!!
